May His humble beginnings, rich life lessons and promise for the future inspire you to do more and be more in 2008.

The Health and Life Mixing Bowl will be taking a short holiday break.  I want to thank all of my readers for a wonderful 2007.  I hope that the content of this blog has challenged you to step away from the status quo.  Join me in 2008 as I continue to serve up a powerful blend of inspiration to enrich the body, mind and soul.
